{"id":632,"date":"2018-01-08T14:50:17","date_gmt":"2018-01-08T14:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seehear.info\/?page_id=632"},"modified":"2021-02-20T19:35:27","modified_gmt":"2021-02-20T19:35:27","slug":"executive-coaching-structure-and-pricing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/seehear.info\/?page_id=632","title":{"rendered":"Executive Coaching Structure and Pricing"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sue works with highly motivated individuals to improve their performance.<\/h2>\n<h2>Access your full potential to deliver measurable results in alignment with specific business needs.<\/h2>\n<h3>Who is Executive Coaching for?<\/h3>\n<p>Executive coaching is designed for leaders who are committed to develop their own skills.\u00a0 Typically, this might be CEO\u2019s, Managing Directors, Business Owners, Managers, Team Leaders or Supervisors.<\/p>\n<h3>What does it involve?<\/h3>\n<p>A separate individual or key people from a company would work with the coach.\u00a0 This would be on a one to one basis, through a clearly structured process, for a fixed period of time, on agreed deliverables.<\/p>\n<h4>Introductory meeting<\/h4>\n<p>The individual and coach meet to exchange information about career histories, interests and expectations of coaching.\u00a0 The individual will assess whether the coach can provide the right level of challenge, support and stretch for their needs and the coach will assess if they are the right person to help.<\/p>\n<h4>Coaching Sessions<\/h4>\n<p>The individual works with the coach on key personal aspects to create successful strategies going forwards.\u00a0 To have a non judgemental, confidential sounding board is often particularly valued.\u00a0 Learning and development are embodied within the framework.<\/p>\n<h6>How long is a session?<\/h6>\n<p>Scheduled sessions will be at an agreed time and date for one hour or two hours, depending on your requirements.<\/p>\n<h6>How do sessions take place?<\/h6>\n<p>Sessions are generally scheduled every 2 to 4 weeks, to allow progress to be made quickly, but this is adaptable to the needs of the individual, the organisation and current workload.<\/p>\n<p>The format will be what\u2019s convenient to you and will work best for what you want to achieve (e.g. face to face, telephone, Skype call, etc.). It\u2019s recommended that coaching is face to face for the best results, either at your office or at the coach\u2019s premises in a quiet, confidential environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Phone\/video calls are made by the coach to the client. \u2018Phone calls must be to a landline number to get a good quality for the call.
