{"id":700,"date":"2018-01-08T11:34:08","date_gmt":"2018-01-08T11:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seehear.info\/?p=700"},"modified":"2021-02-17T20:53:34","modified_gmt":"2021-02-17T20:53:34","slug":"hacking-happiness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seehear.info\/?p=700","title":{"rendered":"Hacking Happiness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I jumped on Dr Robert Lustig&#8217;s new book, &#8220;Hacking the American Mind&#8221;.\u00a0 It promised to show the differences between happiness and pleasure (reward) and how they are easily confused.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8230;<em>things<\/em> can bring you pleasure.
